Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it., with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-0customised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
